crashing (Force Commander)

I've played Star Wars Force Commander since I was a kid, it was a great game, and still is (despite the not so easy to use interface and a run-down multiplayer network). Well now on my new computer, the game crashes on the campaign, on the one mission where you find the Jawa trading thing, after I send my units to the Jawwa trading thing, it crashes the game. I can still do multiplayer (despite the fact hardly anyone plays any more) and skirmish (despite the fact I always win) fine however.
