Path To Darkness

The crystals covering the walls gave the whole cave an eerie red glow that reflected off of a small lake that was in the middle of the cave, Garrett saw a woman kneeling in front of the water, she looked up at him "what are you doing he-" her words were cut off as a lightsaber cut through her flesh. Garrett walked up to a crystal and expertly cut out a small chunk with his lightsaber.

Lynx worked quickly she managed to track garett's ship to dantooine. she took the chip with info out and put it into her comnlink she went to her own vessal she turned and looked at Todrin "you coming?"

"Right behind you," he said.

Garrett pulled apart his lightsaber with the force and very carefully removed the crystal, knowing that one wrong move and the whole planet could explode, he slowly moved the blue crystal over and dropped it into the water, then he lifted up the red crystal and slowly slid it into the hilt and resealed the lightsaber.

She borded her ship and punched in the cordinates then took off follwoing the tracker. she landed her ship not far from Garett's and waited for Todrin to land

Todrin's ship had some engine trouble and he crashed not far from Lynx. His ship exploded. "Lynx" He said weakly

Garrett heard the explosion just outside and sighed "looks like they have found me" he said then quickly cut off a few more sections of crystal and pocketed them.

Todrin saw blood everywhere.

Garrett stepped outside and saw the state that Todrin was in, he knelt beside Todrin and lifted his left hand above his body and his hand and Todrin started to glow golden as his wounds were being healed.

Todrin felt a pain as his flesh knitted back together.

-she had to get off I.M. really quick so I'm guessing she will be back soon-

"Todrin, inside that cottage there is a crystal cave, in there is a lake, that water is special, they use it to control the unstable crystals that have been in lightsabers already, if you drink some of that it might heal you back to full health" he said.

Todrin stood slowly and looked Gar in the eye,"Don't continue down this path of death and destruction, please. I love Lynx and can't stand to see her in painand you are bringing her pain."

Garrett looked back at Todrin "I don't want to be like this, but the Jedi have ousted me and I have nowhere else to go, if I don't do something I will be killed."

"Go into hiding. Do something differently at least.ANYTHING".

[Nubehunter]

"but then they have won, they have made me cower and hide in the corner like a scared child, THEY WILL NOT WIN!" Garrett said his anger rising.

"Listen to me, I was until very recently a Sith Lord, if I can change so can you."

[Nubehunter]

"but you had a reason to change" Garrett said "you had Lynx."

[Darth Bane1027]

"It doesn't matter. I have done terrible things and enjoyed doing them, things you wouldn't even do. If I can change after all of that then anyone can."

"I admit Lynx played a role in my changeing."

[Nubehunter]

Garrett looked at him "no matter where I go they will find me, they have every Jedi in the system keeping their eyes open for me and I don't know where half of those Jedi are, at any moment any Jedi's lightsaber could be coming towards me, if I don't fight back I will be killed."

"I know of a place"

[Nubehunter]

"and this place is?"

[Darth Bane1027]

"A Sith world name Ziost. The Jedi have heard of it, but haven't a clue as to its location."

[Nubehunter]

"it seems you are encouraging me to hide, but with Sith, so I am getting mixed signals here" Garrett joked slightly.

[Darth Bane1027]

"There is a tunnel that is hidden. It leads into the planet. Only I and my former master know of it's location."

[Nubehunter]

"I see, and how do you know this all isn't set up by the Jedi to learn the location of Ziost?" he questioned.

[Darth Bane1027]

"I don't care if the Jedi learn the location of Ziost."

[Nubehunter]

"well then, its settled"

[Darth Bane1027]

"Wait, I need to ask you for a favor first."

[Nubehunter]

"what is this favor" he asked.

[Darth Bane1027]

"Kill me, but in the cave not in front of Lynx." Todrin whispered.

[Nubehunter]

--sorry i logged off last night guys, my internet dropped and i could not fix the connection--

"no one is going to die yet" growled Lynx she was frustrated she had a duty to the order she had to kill both Garett and now Todrin but she felt she could not, not because of lack of skill but because her heart and mind was in the way "Garett even if the jedi search there is a whole galaxy out there i too would like to encrouage you to hide but if you change back to who you were fully I will have to kill you and that is something i don't want to do"

"Lynx, I don't think there are many choices for Garrett." Todrin said

"I know you'll need time to think about" she said "I'll leave you to give you time to think but just remeber who killed your master Garett it was not a jedi twas a sith" she turned and walked into the dense forest.

"Lynx!" Todrin called out. "The forest is very dangerous, please be careful. Call me if you need me."

"Todrin don't baby me" she snapped before going deeper into the forest she was quickly becoming agrivated

Todrin shook his head and sighed.

She knelt down in a clearing and closed her eyes to meditate she would have to kill garett there would be no other choice and Todrin....her dear sweet Todrin would have to die as well? a growl escaped her lips while she tried to figure things out.
