easy question, stupid person
what does version mismatch mean? i am trying to play a game with my friend, and i cant.

We are able to play a game on the original EAW, but when we are playing FOC, we get a version mismatch trying.

My friend has the seperate disks, i have the gold pack, does that make a difference?

Help would be appreciated

it means one of you is more fully updated than the other, or has mods installed in the main directory instead of the "Mods" folder.
