mp model ->sp help

hello everyone, i have big problem on putting mp model to sp. im done everything from this tut: http://www.freewebs.com/jkajk2tutori...tutorials.html but my model looks this: http://images48.fotosik.pl/6/f450557b78f9fc8amed.jpg what im doing wrong? maybe somone could do this for me?

Looks like your game isn't finding any of the textures you've specified. To be honest, the tutorial you're looking at is fairly poorly written. Try this one. I tried to write it so anybody who knows how to make a skin can use it.

We can't possibly tell you with any level of certainty because you haven't really given us any info to work with other than "here's how it looks WAT I DO WRONG?" The more information you can supply us with the more easily we can help you.
