A Scumm utility to pack/unpack Data files?

I've looking all over something that can extract .LFL and re-pack them. (I was mainly looking for it so I could put the close-ups back into the talkie version of Loom) Does such a tool exist?

Not that I know of. But you'd also need to change the game's scripts to include the close-ups.
