I resently wanted to start skinning, So i would like to know.
What program
How do i get the files
ect
Basicly step by step.

-Get the sdk that contains "modview" which is the model viewer.
-Photoshop, paint shop pro or the gimp for actual painting.
-winzip or winrar to extract the models from the .pk3 files.
