trapped in Dr. Loboto's lab

I'm in Dr. Loboto's lab, at the point where Mr. Pokeylope's brain has to be TK'ed into the tank. No matter how much TK'ing I do, nothing happens... See screenshot, which hopefully explains better. In case it helps, I also included the game save, since I have the PC version.

I figured it out. There was a step that I forgot, so I feel dumb. I thought I had saved after completing it, but hadn't!
