why can't i apply for swtor?

it said i that did not meet the criteria to create an account at that time, how unbelieveable and confusing is that?

Maybe it's location-located.

For example, I can't watch stuff on the English Top Gear website. It then says it's not available to my location. Same goes for NBC shows.

EDIT: Or you bashed Star Wars somewhere and George personally IP-banned you from all SW sites for life
