I voted Provolone, because American wasn't on the poll and Mav deemed it unworthy. If a place doesn't have American Cheese, I'll get Provolone, but I really love Mozzarella cheese sticks.

Mozzarella is used on pizza's... but it's become standard to use "fake Mozzarella" these days since real Mozzarella is harder to store for supermarkets and pizza shop purposes.
