Favorite Commercials
Our lives are filled with billboards, ads, commercials, and many other ways for companies to take advantage of our like of shiny objects. Big brands tend to push out the most, and some of them are terrible and other's fantastic.
My guilty pleasure is the "I'm a Mac" commercials. While I hate Apple, they have one of the best ad campaigns and one of the few commercial lines that's made me laugh.
US ads:
http://www.apple.com/getamac/ads/
UK Ads:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LfqgK7izc4g
"So when you see the ads, you think, 'PCs are a bit rubbish yet ultimately lovable, whereas Macs are just smug, preening tossers.'" -Charlie Brooker
"Mean spirited. Isn't smug superiority (no matter how affable and casually dressed) a bit off-putting as a brand strategy?" -Seth Stevenson
Some points are made, some BS is thrown in, but its all fine because they have John Hodgman. I like them because they are funny, and how much balls it takes to be that much of a douche in your ad campaigns. Some have me fall into a fit of laughter though; the one where PC is carting around dead PC's and especially the one when PC is counting how much money to put into advertising (because, lets be honest, Microsoft way overdid it in their response campaign).
Bravo Apple. You did something right.
So, what is your favorite line of Brand commercials or commercials in general?

The Apple commercials are great, because they're usually true when it comes to pointing out the flaws of Windows. Except the one saying "Macs don't get viruses". Well, that's because non one uses Macs, so why bother writing a virus that will affect minorities, when you can go for the more abundant fish in the pond?
Other than that, the Heineken ad with the beer room is great.

Now hang on, those mac commercials about viruses are USELESS NOW!
MAC HAS A VIRUS!
MWAHAHAHAHAHA!
My favorite commercial is hard to choose, but I'd say any budweiser commercial with the "WAZZZZZZZZUUUUUUUUUUUUP!?!?!" guys in it.
I never really was on your side.

I'm shamefully proud to say I have them all on my ipod.
Despite being a really bad game Mercenaries 2 had pretty awesome ads too

First anti hero character I ever wanted to play as:
Too bad he was the villain...
But wait...
Then a side story
My junior year in HS, this was a highlight
Yeah, so what I'm megaman fan?
Love me, I win.
Hate me, I win.
Ignore me, I've got exactly what I wanted.

WTF? I don't hate Mario. In fact I like to play those insane rom hacks of SMB1 every now and again. As well as the original and all the other classics.
I guess it's his funny voice and that he is a short little italian brooklyn plumber. Kind of easy to pick on.

Personal favorite is when Microsoft started firing back with there own commercials. It was like a big, *smack* stfu, to mac.
Oh, and the commercial where the co-inventor of the USB walks into a room and is treated like a rock star is wayyyyyy too funny.

Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry advertising for the (then) building society, Alliance and Leicester in 1994.
I initially found the Renault Clio advert from a few years ago amusing but it's incredible smugness began to grate on my nerves after about five advert breaks; plus it always interrupted Friends on E4...
StarWarsKnights.com -- News and features will be returning shortly...

I'm always fond of the cartoony animal-people on the Glade plug-ins commercials. The Ant and the Chameleon ones are my favorites. Also Flo, the Progressive Auto Insurance girl has grown on me quite a bit

Well, I can't find it, but there's this old Samsonite luggage commercial where the camera pans down through the decks of a jumbo jet and stops briefly on a level where galley slaves are rowing the plane ala Ben-Hur.

My favorite commercial is the one where they're not trying to sell you something... that eliminates virtually all of them.
