Frequent Crash after first KoToR2 movie.

Hello.
I've been having nonstop crashes after the first movie (before Peragus).

I've done all the typical things (drivers, lower settings, OS updates, official patches, etc..).
Also, I've done the things explained in this thread:

My box's specs are as follows:

I've never been so frustrated trying to get TSL to work on this.

Perhaps a save after the tutorial would be a solution?

You can check Obsidian's forums, but getting KotOR1/2 to work on an Intel GPU has always been a hit-or-miss undertaking. Try reducing the resolution to minimum and turn off AA, AF, frame buffer effects, shadows and grass.

You can also try opening "swkotor2.ini" in your game folder with Notepad and entering "Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1" without the quotes under "Graphics Options", and saving your changes.

I tried that, as well as swapping dll files. No use. I'll admit for some time I was under the impression that my copy was corrupt, until I tried several others.

As stated earlier, seeing as how theres quite a volume of people with the same issue, perhaps I could test out my theory and load a save game after the tutorial.
