what is the song that has the woman singer that sings kind of exotically, and it's nice and quit and depressing?

I believe the song your refering to is the one for the beginning video on Felucia.

I looked around and couldn't find anything. My suggestion is to contact LucasArts. They will be able to tell you.

You're looking for part of the Episode III soundtrack. Woman singing a bit exotically, quiet, and sad...sounds like the song "Padme's Ruminations."
