Significance of May 4th
What is the deal with Star Wars and May 4th? I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or what, but TeleToon in canada does a "May The 4th Be With You" thing where they play the entire season of the previous year in one big shot, and now there is a May 4th announcement about the Blu-Ray entire saga coming out. Is this all a coincidence or is there something i missed?

May the 4th is considered to be Star Wars day among fans. Nothing recent, though.

As Alexrd said, the play on words became popular enough amongst fan to become an "unofficial" Star Wars Day.
