The low temperature and slight drizzle made for a very refreshing run this morning. I feel ready to start the week now. But don't think for a second that I don't already wish it was Friday.

was 20 mins late for class.......damn it. thanks to the rain, my car isn't running yet. start the engine and it's like '**** you, walk.' augh. going to attempt to fix it so i can drive to my history class. and to work after.

fixed my car sortof. almost certain its the cables now, not too sure on the cap but it could be that too...just annoying having to run it like that, but once i hit the highway it runs normal. bleh.

missing my ex. trying hard to fill that void with new friends from my unit to keep me from being so depressed and full of hurt all the time. decided to stay away from alcohol for a while and focus on pt and putting money towards keeping my car legal to drive. -_-

school is annoying. i want to go, but now i need to run around all over the college just to register for one class, so eh....**** it.

staying part time at walmart. so in 2 weeks when classes end, i'll have all this extra time for pt, internet, and time with friends.

Thinking of taking up Pipe smoking. My wife is encouraging me. Which is rather strange. So far I was thinking of starting with a quality Corncob pipe, and some Aromatic tobacco. Likely will be using the "Frank Method".

Strange to realize that for pipe smoking you don't have a fire going like with cigars or cigarettes, but you light and puff, then often relight it again and again.

my friend is annoying me wanting me to go out drinking this weekend.....im like no, i got rent to take care of, a car that requires gas to get me to work so i am able to pay for the rent. some people need to move out of their ****in parents and see how it really is. or buy me drinks.

I don't want to work today. I'm tired, and the show looks like it's going to be annoying.

It's been a busy week so far. Several trips to the vets with puppies, and a whole bunch trips to car insurance offices and the registry for my GF's car... in addition to going to work and having meetings and such.

I can't believe that it's only Wednesday. And that my next day off is still 7 days away.

tried talking to my ex today/night, guess i can just go see a hypnotist or something erase it from my head cause i can't stop missing her. i dont want to sound like a bitch but i cry all the time now just thinking about it. like seriously, the heartache i went through basic/ait without her, missing her every ****ing day and then her to just leave me like i meant nothing. it just ****ing hurts and i can't figure out how to get it out of my system.

does anybody have any realistic advice?

5 years from now you are going to be glad you got out of that relationship. You want the familiar and the companionship. You also are looking at it with rose tinted glasses and forgetting all the bad stuff in a lame attempt to justify getting back. Don't.

Be happy with yourself first. Be happy about your life without having someone nearby. Because if you are happy and confidant, you will be even more so when you do find that special someone to share your life with

yeah you're right...there was alot of bad...lol her wanting kids, constant talking like she was some kind of prophet (she still does that), ridiculous spending of my money on stupid **** which caused a small amount of debt that i gotta pay back someday, (electricity bill, gas bill, internet, directv), she can't hold a job, never acknowledged anything good i did for her, no appreciation of me, very selfish, tried to mold me into something i'm not (ex. 'you should be a doctor, doctors are so hot') little does she realise how many years of ****ing bull**** school they go through and how little time they get to spend with their families, and how much debt those schools accrue.

she has some mental disease where she just doesn't realize how she acts or when she says stuff it just doesn't make any sense at all. I'm sure the college she's going to helped with that, because it got worse when she started going, and the funny thing is i encouraged her to go back to school since she never worked a day before that when i was out working she was home doing who knows what. she got us evicted from the first place we were at together because she got insecurity issues with people, and let her dog roam all over the street, filed a harrassment complaint against the landlord for him making a funny comment about her ****in wig she was wearing. then god forbid i drop the f-bomb or swear at all, holy war broke out and i got those 30-45 minute lectures about it. she'd be taking these ****in prenatal vitamins, oh and when we were looking at rings and ****...she wanted the **** i couldn't afford of course. ;oh you can get a loan and pay it off' yeah right, and pay rent and bills gas and food on top of it how? she has no sense of repaying debts owed, her parents are rich as **** and yeah they helped us out several occasions, but i tried to stop her spending habits which always led to a ****ing fight so i'd be like **** it and give in. i doubt there will be a day where she will look back and remember me and realize how good i was to her. i can't see any other guy tolerating her **** longer than i did. she's also got alot and i mean ALOT of baggage other than the **** i experienced with her, which explains why she is the way she is, and why she will probably never change. i have to set a date where i burn all pictures, letters, etc from her. and now she acts all like 'im so confident and this and that' like she doesnt need me, which i understand, fine, but to just dump me like i meant nothing to her is what i don't understand. but eh whatever, a better, more attractive girl will come along my way and love me for me.

going to keep my workout schedule going. ran 3.5 miles and did pushups/situps. going to beat my pt score, and hopefully will be one of the fastest in the platoon.

working out is a good way to get your mind off the girl

Went out to do some shopping for tobacco pipes and via the internets found out a place called "Deaf ear Records" has a "head shop" upstairs. at ground level they have Old vinyl records, cds, and DVDs (includuing disc golf Discs). Teh advertised the have tobacco and pipes in thier Head shop. I went up there and found wall to wall glass display cases for pipes, Hookahs, and such, but none of the pipes were appropriate for Tobacco Smoking. Yea, you know what I mean.

The Clerk there told me that they do not carry anything like that because there is no market for it. But.. there is a specialty shop that sells Cigars, pipe tobacco, and Tobacco pipes two blocks down the street. I kind of looked at him for a second with the thought running through my head that his first statement was invalidated by the second statement. I was thinking he had been using the pipes in the display case far too long to make any good judgement.

So i go to the other store called "The Briar patch" and this is the store to go for expensive high quality cigars and tobacco. basic Briar Pipes were $30. Aromatic tobacco was priced from $5 to $10 an ounce. Had pipe cleaners, and recommended basic wooden matches.

so much for not drinking.....beer and tequila definitely do not mix. holy crap. ended up missing 2 of my classes and was spaced out on my algebra exam, which i would've failed regardless cause i'm not understanding it. =\ thank god the final was take home so i can youtube....

**** my life......i think there is a girl at work that is interested in me, not sure how to approach that situation without feeling uncomfortable. she is pretty, but not extremely stunning (which could be a good thing i guess i dont know, she's not fat at least). should i initiate small talk or just say **** it and not even bother since i'm going to be gone for a year anyway? maybe i'm just picking up wrong signals. i facebook stalked and found she doesn't have children and she doesn't appear to be in a relationship...

think i'll end up just waiting it out and letting my crush fade away and focus on what makes me happy. after reading a buncha bs online articles how to get over a breakup, and reading forums about it (some people have it worse than me, so tempting to troll the **** out of those forums...)

i discovered why my last relationship did not work out...i focused too much time trying to keep the other person happy, while sacrificing my own happiness and enjoyment in hopes that by making the other person happy, i too would be happy. going to focus on what makes me a better person and what makes me happy, if girls don't want me for me, screw them, they're only missing out.

i texted this one i was interested in just chilling, and no reply at all back, so whatever. made myself a profile on a free match site to see if i'd get any hits, got 2 so far, 1 band lover that lives 2 hours away, and 1 that looks like she's 50 but her profile says 31, not attractive i almost thought it was a guy at first. lol the band lover is cute though, but that's too far of a distance for me.

i'm happy with my present situation...making friends in my unit and finding people that are just like me, i feel like that song 'somewhere i belong' by linkin park came true for me. honestly.

TOok my wife and her dad to the "Between the bluffs" beer, chese and wine tasting event here in La Crosse. Had a lot of fun, got WAAAAAY too drunk. Had some amazing beers. Even one where they roasted the head of a beer to make it tasted like a roasted marshmallow.

heh took 5 hours to do my take home final...got a month worth of laundry done, gotta retrieve it from dryer...

so glad school is almost over. hopefully i don't fail macroeconomics or history. i missed macro on friday so i don't know what i missed. lol college writing i need my research paper back, i could always print it out if i need it again but i dont know what my grades are. annoyed!!

heh finals week is weird...i dont even know my class schedules anymore or what classes i actually have, except for history. maybe math. ugh. got my final done, took like 4-5 hours...thank god it was take home, i would have failed the class for sure.

just had a awkwardish experience....my ex texted me that she had clothes of mine over there for me to pick up, so i went over and she put them in my car, i didn't say much just thanks, then i got home and went to get the clothes out of my car, there was a piece of lingerie in with it. i got a little pissed off about that, and went to return it and i also had to return a fan and window fan of hers, so took all of them back and she told me to throw the lingerie out or hold onto it. why the **** would she want me to hold onto it? i'm throwing it out. glad i ended up developing a crush on someone else...i dont feel as bad, just more annoyed. i do have to go over with her to her parents' barn where i got a bunch of stuff in storage...huge dvd collection, my sw figures, my hunting bow, books, old army gear. meh.

so close to moving on from her completely....i just don't know what would happen or how i would feel if she turned normal and realized how good i was to her and well, that's a dream...people can't change. and i'm not allowing myself to get hurt by her again.

i always feel better when i woke out.

missed promotion for PFC since i failed the last pt test back in march....sucks failing pt test by only the situps when everyone else that failed it failed the run or the run and situps. oh well, can't blame anybody but myself. I am going to pass the next one like nothing though since i'm working out almost every day now.

laptop went ****ty on me last night...half the screen is pink.

fortunately 1 year warranty parts and labor, and samsung site sucked but their customer service line was great, just gotta go print out ups label and drop it off and pray it doesn't take more than a week to get it back. i dont like going to library for computer usage.
