Being in a relationship (with kids involved...) on top of my already crazy work hours, as well as being the sole provider/ caretaker of an elderly parent makes me long for the days when I could honestly bitch about not having enough to do to in my spare time keep my mind occupied.

The GF was busy with work all day yesterday, so I spent part of the day playing on the XBox, and got to level 26 in Skyrim. About halfway through the main storyline quest, I think.
Gonna try to get down to the Cape for the afternoon today. Maybe we'll stay over, and try to get back early tomorrow. I imagine the traffic coming back tonight will be BRUTAL.

got my time in on TOR yesterday, arrived at Tatooine. Going for a 2 mile morning run this morning. hoping the place i'm going isn't packed...forgot that today is the actual holiday...so idk. working 5-10 tonight. yay.  beats tomorrow's 12-9 shift.

didnt get the 2 miles in, stuff was going on at the park, went to the 3.5 mile track around the lake, started to run but my damn stop watch button didn't press and screwed me over, so i decided to do 60/120s (sprints) the whole way around. it was pretty good. i can feel a big difference from when i used to run, i feel alot lighter. lol.
lol it's very hot here too bro. wish it would be this temp year round!!!

I jsut found out anotehr thing I hate my job. IN the first time in about 10 years I have had to work Memorial Day weekend. To add the the misery we had an hour of manatory overtime last night. on the good side, i got time and a half for working my 9 hours.

The weekend was OK. I took Tuesday off to get my full 3-day weekend in. Spent Monday and part of Tuesday down in Hyannis and Barnstable, celebrating the GF's birthday and visiting her family down there.
The weather wasn't great... but it wasn't horrible either.

Playing some more Arkham City, working my way through the Riddler's Revenge campaigns, which are either frustrating or tedious. But this is just like when Ed went though Forza 3 - I have to 100% this thing.

hoping that the $300 I just spent on newegg will fix my non-booting desktop. I suspect it was the mobo since it wouldn't even POST. Bought a cpu, mobo and 16gb ram. Hoping that I can just hook up my old stuff and eke out a bit more life until I can do a full build from scratch.

Saw SNow WHite and the Huntsman. Hugely disappointed. Kristen Stewart was unsurprisingly wooden, and you got sick of her watching twitching mouth which is her way of showing emotions on close ups. The "rally speech" was one of the worst bits of cinema ever.
Don't bother seeing it in the theatre.
Rather have seen Prometheus or Avengers.
Funny thing is I am not into Sci-fi horror, but every time i see it I enjoy it.
