Jedi Academy Mod 1.6 by Orion. Rcon problem.

Hello users!

Its been a while since i stopped playing Jedi Knight II, so yesterday i installed a game a configure a server to start playing with friends. Im using a mod called Jedi Academy 1.6 by Orion. I configure it, everything works fine till i wanted to change a map on the server. When i put in console /rcon (password) map ffa_cloudshark, map changes but mod stops working. Everytime when i change a map by rcon, mod is gone and I cant use a commands like /amlogin /amsit /amlaugh..
When i quit the server and start it again its all okej..

Can anyone help me to deal with it ?
