I've been looking around for mods, but I haven't really found anywhere that lays out the "best" mods. Mainly I want an overall texture enhancement just to improve the look. I've also seen a new questline called "Brotherhood of Shadows" (I think) that I'll probably download.
But yeah, I was just hoping to get some advice on what the best mods are out there for improving the graphics and adding to game play.
Also, I've only recently gotten into modding (mainly Skyrim and Sims 3), and those are pretty straightforward to install, but it would be appreciated if someone could briefly explain how to install the mods into Kotor.
Thanks so much.
Like all aesthetic changes, it is all up to your tastes. For improving graphics, you have a few options.
There are various module reskins here:http://knightsoftheoldrepublic.filef...s/Modules;9660
At moddb, these are available: http://www.moddb.com/games/star-wars...epublic/addons
Also, there is the KoTOR Ultimate Mod: http://www.moddb.com/mods/kotor-ultimate
Consult the readmes that come with each mod for installation instructions. Most of the time, the extracted files go into the Override folder.
Brotherhood of Shadow (and its patch) is definitely worth a try.
