Dead Space (game)
So I am now uninstalling Dead Space from my computer, ending my one chapter to chapter beginning of game excursion and limited interest in the game.
What are your thoughts on this game and the other Dead Space games? They've always fascinated me, and I've watched the Dead Space movie too. I know nothing about Dead Space 2, maybe I should look into it??
Did you know the game developers studied real human corpses from car accidents when designing necromorphs, the games nightmare antagonists?

Also, suit level 6 looks like proto-Nihilus Elites.

Don't look into DS2; get it. You will like it.

I never played Dead Space one so I can't fairly give an opinion on it, but Dead Space two was really good.

Loved one, loved two, anxiously awaiting the third, and wishing I could get my hands on the comics. I didn't care for either movies.

I loved the first Dead Space. Dead Space 2 was even better.
Dead Space 3, looks amazing.

I'm looking forward to DS3, but I'm slightly apprehensive about the game's premise: I don't know how many times they're going to be able to use the 'zombie outbreak' plot background without it getting old.
I'm hoping the game will be acknowledging of the fact that players will have been introduced to necromorphs twice now, and doesn't try to elicit an 'Ermagherd! Zombies!' reaction. Hopefully something more like 'Oh look, more zombi-- OH GOD WHAT JUST HAPPENED.
A thing with Dead Space though is that they've been using cliches so well that that it doesn't matter that they're cliches. So maybe surprise won't need to be an objective..
Whatever it is, I hope it's going to be good, and free of certain developmental cycle problems that plagued another EA sci-fi third person shooter sequel..
