The Republic Commando series, it has a Jedi padawan falling in love with a Clone Commando, and as you go father into the story, i think it is the third or fourth book that they get into a sect of Jedi that allow love between a jedi and another jedi and a jedi and a normal person. There isn't much about it, but it might give you names that would be worth looking up.
