Every thursday now for the last 4 weeks I have been stopping at the same bar. The Bartenders now know me by name, and what I like. The barflies are introducing themselves to me and we are having a nice chat while I drink my HALF STIEN of GERMAN BEER (Randomly chest bumps someone nearby and gives a yell while holding his beer high into the air)

And the fact that three nice looking ladies sitting next to me in Dirndl (also Dirndl) gave me an Oktobefest button ends up making my whole week wonderful

lol nice. last year during a break in training and prior to shipping to kuwait i stop into this bar that changed names like 4 times since i been going there, the bartender was like 'hey where've you been?' lol i should go back there more often but idk, drinking isn't what it once was...having much success with my workout routine now that i have a decent routine down...definitely getting my moneys worth of gym membership!!! though when i do drink, i rarely do mixed drinks anymore since i bought my own bottles it just seems too expensive lmao i can get a whole bottle for the amount it costs me to get a buzz at the bar. beer on the other hand, well i drink a few pints of yuengling lager a week, but even that is getting lame. especially since i want to cut fat and build muscle, alcohol really is no good to me!

Just scored VIP tickets to craft beer night at Oktoberfest. Aged beers and food from my favorite bar

went to race for the cure...omfg my shins decided to **** me in the ass....... ended up only running like a mile before saying **** it all and walking the rest. lmao next year, bitches!!!!

weighed myself this morning...holy **** i weighed at 216!!!! last year i only weighed 175. crazy. and i'm eating healthy, haven't touched mcdonalds once, been going to the ****in gym every ****in day. idk why i'm not losing any weight. maybe i should just run more? idk...i'm not giving up. got myself a pair of boxing gloves (level 1) that work for bag, mitt, and sparring. $20 at kmart they were on clearance, everlast brand. also got some weighted mma mitts for $3. at least there's a bag at the gym i can train with.

gonna play some GTA V for a few hours, take a nap, go to church then pick up my friend and go out to eat and to a night club in wilkes barre. havent been down that way in forever.

R15, they say weight gain is actually normal if you're training to build muscle...the weight gain is lean muscle rather than fat.

I need more of that... and less of the other.

Unlocked the 2nd-to-last achievement on Forza 4 last night. Now... do I go all the way and try to unlock the last one? (Coming in first on every race of the game.)

It wouldn't be particularly difficult... just very, very time consuming. I'm well more than halfway there already... but it could take months to finish.

Oh well... might as well... Unless a woman suddenly and unexpectedly appears at my door with wild romantic intentions, I've got a whole-lot-of-nothing-else going on in my life right now to keep me from undertaking meaningless goals such as this.

We should stop playing video games and go cut a number 1 album. Nitro plays bass, right? We just need a drummer.

went to the church thing tonight to get myself into a bible study/group...met some seemingly nice people, so my wednesday nights are now booked! the best thing is the group is for people that are not married, so maybe i will find a nice girl here. That's not the main reason I decided to go, however...I want to go to get myself more socially with like minded people, as well as perhaps some sort of guidance in applying Biblical principles to my life which I personally think I don't need help doing, but having people to help keep me in check so to speak isn't necessarily a bad thing! On top of wednesday, I will be going to the larger group which is of college people age (18-30s) on Tuesday nights. This is my educated response to depression and suicidal thoughts, and to top that off I'll be going to the Veteran's meetings on thursday which takes place at my college. I want to make so many new friends and contacts with people, maybe then will I find more purpose, sense, and meaning to my life!!!

I swear, I cannot drive around here at night without the cops pulling me over and wasting my time about some stupid BS. Tonight's adventure? My tag lights aren't illuminating my license plate correctly. Sort of. Apparently it could be better.

I can one up you Keyan. I got pulled over because my Third brake light (the one in the rear window) was not working. I thought it was optional, but the State Patrol officer said it wasn't if it was standard. Ran my licenses and plates and let me go. Didn't even give me a warning to have it fixed. I think they just use that as a reason to stop me

Spent a good chunk of the weekend cleaning and organizing my place. Re-arranging all the rooms for maximum efficiency. Not glamorous or exciting... but at this point very necessary. And it always does make the place feel bigger and less claustrophobic when I'm done. And when the environment is laid-out better, I find I feel a lot more relaxed and focused.

Still a long way to go until I feel truly happy with the results... but a dent has been made in the creeping clutter.

It's also going a long way of working myself out of and finally lifting the year-long post-breakup funk I've been living under... the main reason my place got so far gone in the first place. It's hard to bring yourself to care that much about the state of your surroundings in the midst of a depression.

I always find that that's when I pay the most attention to my surroundings. I may be a loser in love, lonely and miserable, but at least my house is immaculate, so suck on that, life.

15, if you need assistance with your math homework, message me here and I can be online on skype and give ya a hand.

At work, i got moved to refunds/disputes/chargebacks. Thank god. That over the phone tech support was going to send me into a homicidal rage.

thanks cracken...im going to give it another shot tomorrow with examples reviews and see how i do on the quiz on friday. think i understood more of it in class today.

volunteered to be the first to do the demonstration speech...decided to do it on identifying terrain features-major and minor, on a topographical map. hopefully i do a good job and get an A.

back from the gym...i am noticing some changes my biceps are getting larger and more defined. new routine is going great. one day arms, next day i run the lake then night time i do cardio workout (pushups, crunches, burpees, alligator crawl/spiderman pushups) next night chest, followed by lake and cardio workout, then next night shoulders. so far it's feeling great, i'm not losing a ****in pound but i can definitely tell there is a difference in the mirror my clothes fit a little different i just wish my belly fat would go away faster. so every day i do weights it's an hour, every day i do cardio its over 2 hours of a workout. and i give myself a rest day once a week, or a light day (running then no night workout) and a day off. taking ON 100% Gold Standard Whey Isolates protein shakes, stopped mixing them with milk because i was overdoing it (3 shakes a day, with milk...) and forgot that milk has alot of fat in it especially since i use whole milk. so taking about 2 shakes a day with water and one of those shakes i put a banana in it. so good!

interesting...that girl i dated 3 weeks ago provided me with 'date feedback' now im somewhat inclined to subscribe in order to see what she put. clever strategy, pof!!!!!!!!

got a buncha bull**** today. followed by a possibly awesome weekend that i've been looking forward to for about a year. first i got a speech which i'm practically winging, 2nd is algebra quiz which i just hope i dont have trouble with...and last is this damn computer class which im just going to get a 75 or 80 on i dont care at the moment because the way it's set up is **** all.

gotta charge up my 9V batteries and Electronic Trigger for my paintball gun, get some ACUs together for me and my friends to wear at paintball, clean my paintball mask, ensure i have everything ready, then meeting my friend at 5 tonight and heading to his parents' place hopefully with the other friend too...he's "on the fence" for no reason about it, pretty retarded. who wouldn't want to go paintballing, bonfire with beer and pizza, shooting mother ****ers. it's going to be fun as hell and the weather is supposed to be great this weekend. and i think he has other plans with this girl that blew us off last week, he's just not telling me. lmao..

I think I'll take it easy today.

Looks like the weather will be pretty nice for it, thankfully.

It's going to be a pretty good season for me if I have an average-consistent night (the other night) that felt like l was managing a bad night into something.

algebra quiz my mind went full retard. but 15 minutes prior to the end of it i started remembering. fml lol it's all good though, i got 77 words per minute at 98% accuracy on my typing test and 85% on my project.

question for everyone that posts here regularly.....am i the only one in college?

Well... I go to a college pretty much every day... but the last time I attended a class was in 1998.

I'm up tomorrow morning at about 4a.m. Gotta try to sleep tonight. Which pretty much guarantees the one thing I won't actually do tonight is: sleep.

I think I'll go see "Rush" (the Formula 1 film, that is...) Sunday... or maybe next week. It's been a while since I've seen a movie. I'm due.

Oh... and for those of you haven't read it yet, or otherwise feel the need to throw yourself into a reservoir of disappointment and depression:

Dang, I knew Lucas ruined Star Wars movies for me, but I never suspected he had such a huge hand in ruining Star Wars games for me too. I didn't think he paid any attention to that.

Especially depressing was this:

Below you can see footage of Version Two, which according to one source grew from the remnants of a project code-named Wingman that was going to be a Wii U title modeled after the old TIE Fighter and X-Wing games.
Damn you, everyone that ruined this. Damn you to hellllllllllllllllllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I am altering the game, pray I do not alter it further"

Yea, just sounds like crappy leadership.

Enjoyed another Oktoberfest. had some nice music also, there was a band playing classic rock, and the guitar player was quite impressive. Quite funny to see the Lead male vocal bang his head against the symbols during "Dream Police". Also quite nice to see the Band during the sound test. Unlike some bands it wasn't deafing, but quite enjoyable except for the Bass drowning out the vocals

Yes... That would have inspired me to get a Wii U... just like Rogue Leader inspired me to get the Gamecube back-in-the-day.

There is a special place in Hell reserved for those people...

I mean... Canceling already completed games? What's up with that? At least put it up on the XBox Live and/or Playstation stores for download at that point. Even without any fanfare, you're gonna make something on them.

Me too. The moment I saw footage of Rogue Leader, I knew I had to get a GameCube. To this day it's the only console I've ever bought at launch (or even the first year it was out).

I can sort of understand finishing a AAA game and then not releasing it, since marketing costs can often equal or surpass the development budget these days. But yeah, it just seems like they should have been able to do something. The article even said there were other companies interested in investing in getting 1313 out the door. I guess it was a matter of these games not fitting in with the direction of the franchise, because God forbid your franchise includes kick-ass games

Girl I met and fell madly in love with last year in New York got engaged today. Not that I actually expected anything to come of it, but it was hard not to hope. Dammit.

And we were right in the middle of talking about getting together next month when I was going to be in her city, too. Dammit again.
