Log-in Troubles

Greetings, all. I have a small query which hopefully will be answered soon.

Some months ago I ran into trouble with my account at TOR. Namely, it seems I answered a security question incorrectly. I called customer support and was advise to change my password, which I did. No dice.

Has anyone else run into a similar problem? Have you found some way to correct it?

Try logging into the swtor site with your username and see what kind of password reset options there are. Is your account locked from all access or is it just a case of not remembering the password or security answers? They've changed the system to be more selfservice in the last month so maybe you'll have more luck.
