At the end of MI-4 Horatio says that he wanna starts seeing some pirate grandchildren! How can I make Elaine have kids? I keep falling off the cliff?

The game starts with Elaine and Guybrush coming back from their honeymoon.

Now be patient, a pregnancy is 9 months and the EMI game ended long before that.
Wait until the next MI game is released!
