I seriously forgot what to do with the telescope thing in the Ball of Twine once you've hooked it up to the wires. Heh. ... I feel silly.

If I remember correctly - you use it with the lense to 'scope out' (Ahahahaha - *die*) the world of fish.

All I remember is at Frog Rock, when you put the hair on it, something appears in the stars... I thought it was Conroy Bumpo, but I think I'm wrong. *shrug* It will all work out well I hope

you attach the fish bowl lense from the game tent at the carnival to the telescope at the ball of twine. stop and look at the two landmarks that Shavool told you, and then look at the rock between them. Thats frog rock. HOWEVER, if you want to get to that fish place: ride the cone of tradgedy at the carnival. Then ask the ride operator for a claim ticket cause you lost all your stuff. when you get your stuff from the lost and found tent you also get a fish land magnet. look at the magnet to get fishland.
