The in-game characters do use the Jedi Knight method of model construction and texturing, although we changed the lighting on the models. The backgrounds were built using Big Ape's own proprietary tool, which also has texturing, AI construction and enemy placement, and particle system. Pretty robust tool; we'd STILL be using it if we ever got around to importing Max geometry as level data...

hehe i know why he's thinking about the engine....those Gob files.
Hey zanzi, u should see how much fun me and redwing had with that readme file of all the sayings in tpm....we scared some people. hehehehe
Battle is a pure form of expression. It is heart and discipline, reduced to movement and motion. In battle, the words are swept away, giving way to actions-- mercy, sacrifice, anger, fear. These are pure moments of expression.

Good to meet you, Keiran. The honor's mine - you're the one who's actually playing the game after it's been out for 3 years
Sorry I've been away. After jediknight.net forums switched to lucasforums, it apparently lost my password because it wouldn't let me log in. On a whim I tried it again after a several month delay, and lo and behold, here I am
TPM is still my favorite game that I've worked on. Glad to see some people still playing it. It's not a perfect game, but to look at what we accomplished with the garage-band style of production we had is just astounding to me.

Good to see you got your original screen name working again. I added a downloads section to my site. I don't have the new Obi-Wan file on this computer, so I haven't uploaded that yet, but I have the Mace and Maul files posted. I know you aren't concerned about LucasArts anymore, but do you not want me to mention where the files came from? __________________
