Are new smiley's possible?

Because I saw this nice one on a website, namely: (8<| it's called a Vader-Smiley(or should I say frown), and I was wondering if it is O.K. to use it?

Post new smiley's just like you would any other graphic posted on a website. The ones listed in the FAQ are the only ones that will work automatically, the rest you need to know the URL of and use the appropriate html tags (or UBB code) to make them appear.
