I have an '07 Intel Macbook with OSX version 10.5.6.

Every time I try to boot JKII or JK:JA the game just starts making a loud buzzing sound. The application starts for about 10 seconds but the screen never leaves the desktop.

I have tried using the latest patches for each, Rev D for JKII and Rev F for JK:JA.

Does anyone have any ideas or solutions that might make the games playable?

I am having trouble getting MP to work on my Mac. I am running Leopard on a Macbook. It does not show any servers available. I have opened my firewall to allow it but it still does not seem to connect. I am connected to the internet through a router. Might that be the problem? Thanks.

Did you ever get that fixed? When you say "buzzing sound" you mean coming from the computer's speakers, or is the drive itself just making noise? If the latter, it could be a problem with your CD/DVD-rom drive.
