Gasp! Quick, all you DC lovers, let's gather and do a QTE, a la Ryo Hazuki from Shenmue!

A

DarthGohan1016: Ow! Why, you little...

<-

DarthGohan1016: Hey! That's it...

B

DarthGohan1016: Urgh...(slumps to floor)

LOL!

Speaking of Shenmue, I was playing "Die Hard Arcade" for the Saturn and I noticed it had the "Tap Punch Button Now!" type action sequences. Was this the first 3-D game to have this sort of thing?

I know "Sword of the Beserk: Gutsrage" for Dreamcast also had a bit of this (after DHA).

Hey Gohan, what would you say if my hair is turning blond(and extremely long) all of a sudden!)
Besides, I still have my DC and my Saturn, I will keep playing with them untill the day they collapse! I always have and always will be loyal to Sega!(even if they stop making consoles)

ah sorry guys this subject was meant for the starfighter forum, I closed the window quickly when I noticed it was in the BFN forum, and had hoped it would cancel it's self, it did not...

now for the rest,
Dave: what the hell was that? :|
Pedro: look the name was a mistake, when I first got AOL, I liked SW and DBZ, so anyways when I signed up for this forum, or the JPB forum, I though our names had to be the same as our AOL name, I was mistaken.

And Kurgan, I thought it was quite clear I was not a DC fan just like it's quite clear you all are not a PS2 fan, but thanks for stating the obvious once again

Hey Does anyone have a near bottomless pit with shaft at the bottom at the ready for me. I want to make a Luke Like exit. However, ruling the galaxy with Jedi SuperBuen???? Sounds nice, I'll think about it. But keep that pit at the ready, I might still choose fot the light side.

Pedro: How about 9$ and a Chewie Pez dispenser?

Boba Rhett: *Snaps open a can of Pepsi and fills a glass*

First you have to sign here, here, here and here, as well as your initials here and here. Keep in mind that I am not responsible for any dismemberment or damage cause to but not limited to yourself or your family/loved ones. By joining the Dark Side you agree to only wear black and have a red lightsaber. Having wrinkles and a cane is a bonus and will be payed accordingly. You get extra credits for dissing any Death Projects we have as well as chopping any family members' arms.

How will Aspartame hurt you?

I know for PK's phenylalanine can be bad (since they are essentially born allergic to the substance), and saccharine has been shown to cause cancer in some laboratory animals, but what about Aspartame?

I know the deal is that it is a fat soluable substance: ie: you need to exercise it off, rather than piss (to put it in layman's terms) it out (ie: water soluable) like regular sugar.

And sugar can lead to tooth decay and putting on extra weight (as too much of just about anything except vitamin C can do anyway). Tell me if I'm wrong, but I haven't heard anything about apstartame causing cancer or anything else. If you have that kind of info to share, please do....

Aha, but "The Hutt" added to my nickname by my friends because I'm quite skinny. So in fact that mind trick did, work, so I'll sing here, here, here, and there, and for fun, I'll put my signature on your forehead!

Question

So how is PSO? Is it just hack 'n' slash, kill everything and min-max? Or is there actual substance to it?

Is it better than EverCrack? ; p

Oh, PSO is great, it revolves around teamwork, and you can't kill other players. And about the hack'n slash, it's not quite JPB if you know what I mean, it's more about rythm and timing to get a decent combo (never more then 3 hits). And I must admid that about 90% of the players are really friendly.

Rhett, if you could elaborate on your "first hand" experience, that would be interesting.

I found some links that seem to refute the claims in the ones you provided.

http://urbanlegends.about.com/scienc...erms=aspartame

http://www.nutrasweet.com/infocenter...nsresponds.asp

http://www.fda.gov/bbs/topics/ANSWERS/ANS00772.html

http://caloriecontrol.org/response.html

http://web.mit.edu/newsoffice/tt/199...aspartame.html

http://www.msfacts.org/aspartame.htm

I could post more, but that's probably sufficient to prove my point.

Apparently the issues these folks have with aspartame are heavily exaggerated and don't stand up to the evidence.
